Work Experience
Currently, Carlos is the Global Leader of LBC, being also the coordinator of the Global Strategic Innovation service line, with a special focus on executive immersion programs in Silicon Valley.

He has a 30-year multidisciplinary experience in management consulting and digital transformation, having led more than 300 projects in several countries and worked with several Governments and Boards of several companies.

Previously to founding LBC, Carlos was a Member of Parliament in Portugal; Coordinator of e-Government and Information Society at UMIC – Innovation and Information Unit at the Council of Ministers in Portugal, reporting to the Adjunct Prime-Minister; and worked at the Development Bank of Southern Africa, Accenture (then Andersen Consulting), DHV Group and DHV Management Consulting (as CEO).

Carlos is author of more than 300 articles and two books (“Coaching for Executives” and “A World In Metamorphosis”, in Portuguese) in management, digital transformation, leadership and political matters.
