3. Build a proposal

Our solution manager will submit a proposal for the project, including approach and methodology, quotation estimates, schedule, CV list.

4. Start a project

Preparation of the specialized team and Kick-off meeting.

5. Project Status Meetings

On a regular basis with our project manager.

6. Impact evaluation

To verify that all business objectives were fully met.
